I don't know weather to use a Noctua Low Profile after market fan or an Antec Kuhler H2O 650 V2. The liquid cooler is only $20 more than the fan. I will be doing some overclocking so I will probably need at least one of these.

Solution
IF you need something low profile, and it needs to do a good job at cooling the CPU since you're going to overclock it, then go for a liquid cooler, The only overclocking oriented place you would really want a aftermarket fan cooler is when you're going for silence, or simply wants a cheap cooler for small overclocks or slightly better temps.

No low profile fan cooler can beat a 120mm liquid cooler, though the Antec Kuhler H2O 650 V2 might be a bit of a noisy cooler too.
