Hey,

I followed some guides on youtube and here, and was going to bench test the ram/cpu and mobo.

I think I got the ram in, but cant sink it far enough to get the tab to click.

G skill sniper on an ASUS Z97-pro

I then connected to pus, 8pin and 24pin

Turned PSU on, and no leds came up, CPU fan would not spin ect.

Rather scared I just blew the system somehow, any insight to what may have happened?

thanks

Remove the power cables. Remove RAMs and insert them again. Make sure to read the guide which come with the mobo on how to insert the RAMs.

Connect 8 pin EPS connector and then 24 pin ATX connector on the mobo.

Try to power on the PC and see if that works.

Panic Post >.< Re-seated ram and it booted to bios, has a CPU Fan error atm, but I'd chose that over a black screen anyday

Connect the CPU fan power connector to CPU Fan header this will remove the error.
