What should I upgrade??

My cpu run Dead rising 3 at the worst possible graphic at around 10 fps so I want to upgrade it. Can someone give me advice? This is my PC spec

The GPU is super weak.
Your processor i7 4770 is powerful.

It is clear, you must upgrade the GPU but since you are using branded built PC, you must upgrade the PSU too.
The other thing I do not know is which GPU will still fit the case.
