i have bought Motherboard - M5A97 R2.0 - ASUS and coolermaster haf 912 case (asian model) which has usb 3.0 port at front side.my question is whether i can connect usb 3.0 pendrive can be connected as it has link with motherboard and file transfer rate will increase faster speed or slower speed. please reply

Depends what youre going to do with the flash drive. If its USB 3 it should be faster than USB 2

Yes. USB 3.0 devices will transfer data faster on USB 3.0 ports. This should be obvious. Read your motherboard manual, and read about USB 3.0 transfer speeds, and look up the speed at which your flash drive is rated. Some flash drives, despite having USB 3.0 capability are still slow depending on the flash memory and the controller built into the drive.
