120mm x2 or 240mm x2 Radiator?

Hello, I intend to get a gtx 970 and overclock it. I also intend to grab a i5-4670k and overclock it. I want to overclock both of these to the best performance I can get while maintaining good/decent temps.

So the question is, should i go for:

Two 120mm radiators. One for each component. (this is what I prefer due to space constrictions in my mini-itx case. It is also priced fair for me, as I am on a budget.)

Two 240mm radiators. One for each component. (this is going to be super expensive, and a bit difficult due to having to mod the case quite a bit to make room for two radiators, but obviosuly will cool the components very nicely.)

I guess the main question I should ask is: Is one 120mm radiator enough to oc my cpu to 4.5 and up? What about one 120mm radiator for my gpu, is that enough?

Thank you for any and all help, I appreciate it very much.

You won't need a liquid block for your GPU in first place, due to much less TDP and great cooler designs of MSI/G1/Asus/ACX 2.0, the cards run very cool and have high OCing potential, I've seen around 1.5Ghz boost clock with MSI and G1 models with good airflow, so I'm against liquid cooling with 900 series, doesn't make sense to put the extra money for nothing.

And for CPU, a 240mm radiator like that of H100i or Swiftech H240-X will be more than fine for 4.5Ghz and higher, Devil's Canyon is a great OCer and will be good with a 240mm rad.
