I'm building a PC with a Zotac GTX760 and a i3 4130. To be on the safe side of things, I intend to install a 600W PSU for the build. After doing a little reading, I understand that the card has a PCIE power connector since it needs more watts than the PCIE port on the board can provide. So, it needs a PCIe connector.
Problem is, it needs maybe 2 connectors, and I cant find a PSU that has that. Plus, I also read about dual 12v rails. What does that mean? Do I prefer a PSU that has those?

Most decent power supplies will have at least 2 6-pin or 6+2-pin PCIE power connectors, just look in their specs. As for single and multi rail PSU's just google it and you'll find a ton of easy to understand answers. Really it doesn't matter so much these days.

Could you recommend a few PSUs? Going by what I've read online, Seasonic & Corsair are good manuf.s, but I don't understand the many types of units Corsair has. Folks at teachreport say that the Seasonic G series is good. Problem is, I've checked stores (online & local) and they are all out of stock.
Please point me to a few good units?

XFX, Antec HCG or Neo Eco series, Rosewill Capstone series and Seasonic are all good cheap PSUs, one of these is usually on sale at any given time for a good price. The high-end Corsair units such as the AXi are fantastic but their low end units such as the CX series are rubbish. Here is a list to use as a basic guide for PSU's, it's a little out of date but it's a good starting point for deciding on a PSU.

If you have questions about a specific PSU let me know.
