I cannot access Western Digital Elements SE Portable 1TB External Hard Drive

Model WDBPCK0010BBK When I trouble shoot it keeps on saying problems with LEXMARK X422

i tried to download Lexmark from Internet, but it still will not work

Please help!!!!

Hi there lthompson,

Could you please provide more information on the issue you are facing. How does the WD Elements appear in Disk Manager? Does this error appear when you try to access it?
LEXMARK X422 is some sort of Multifunction laser printer. Do you have one? You can go to Device Manager, look for it and try to disable it if there.
