how to remove this cable from the motherboard?

hello ,,

how to remove this little cable from the motherboard ,, since i tried to pull it off and it stuck ! and whats its name

Long nose pliers either side of the plug and GENTLY wobble and pull at same time. You can also use a small jewelers flat head screw driver, GENTLY insert driver into 1 side and turn slightly, repeat on other side. Take your time and dont force anything.
