When trying to open the iTunes application, the wer.exe process is generated in Task Manager. machine is a Dell XPS M1530 Notebook running Win7 Service Pack 1. I can't figure it out and have tried virtually every apple knowledge base article on this topic. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The problem started occurring a couple of weeks ago.

I tried the uninstalling album artwork idea but unfortunately it didn't work. Sorry for my late reply, got busy. Any other ideas, though? Thanks!
