Hi I recently built a pc, however I had trouble when booting up for the first time, have consulted stickies, all works are correct, all fans spin. Have used my friends system to test parts and it's not the psu, ram, or graphics card as they all worked with in his system, I have checked compatibility and all parts are compatible. Motherboard is brand new and supports my cpu out the Box. Having eliminated other options am I correct in thinking the cpu may be dead?
