Can I overclock fx6300 with gigabyte 990xa-ud3

I have a good PSU, XFX 550w Bronze, 8GB RAM 1600. Now I just need to purchase a cooler, soon.
The question would be, is gigabyte 990xa-ud3 good enough to reach 4.4 ghz for example?

The MoBo is superb for OCing, great VRMs and power design, a great choice for OCing any FX

I have one myself and got my FX-6300 OCed to 4.4Ghz no problem. Great choice for a motherboard and I'm only limited by temps (51c under load and I don't need to push it further)
