Ok bare with me here, most of this is copied from other threads I've posted on other subjects that evolved to this.
Recent problem started with this...
Ok I finally got the parts I ordered, the Corsair H100, Fractal Design Integra R2 750W, Arctic MX2 and the new case
Anyway first off, dumbass me, the PSU only has one molenex cable, so luckily I had some adaptors, but they were 3 pin vs 4 pin headers which I read should work, so I plugged the fans into the MOBO. And I used the molenex for the CPU cooler, which the CPU cooler molenex only had 2 leads in it instead of for. So anyway before I hooked monitor and everything to it I fired it up. Seemed fine at first until I pushed the fan control button on the CPU cooler and CPU cooler fans/ pump and the two other fans all just turned off. The only things running was the fans on the GPU and PSU, I could still hear my CD drive running and the MOBO led lights were still on. Tried rebooting and, no change. Tried clearing CMOS, that got one of the H100 fans running but that didn't last.
Ok I think the controller was bad on the H100 so I unplugged the fans from the controller and plugged them straight into the MOBO, found a splitter for the other case fans and everything was looking good. My temps were a whole lot better, better than I expected. A good 20+ degrees cooler on a load. Anyway I turned off pc and when I rebooted it I got beep code and no signal to the monitor. It was a 1 long and 3 short. Som I looked it up and it referred to the RAM or GPU. So first I moved RAM to slot 1 and plugged in the pc rebooted and it would trie to boot up and turn off over and over again. So I moved the RAM back and kept getting the same codes with no monitor. I ended up also removing the GPU and reseating it, now the code is gone but no signal to the monitor at all. Even tried to top plug the monitor into the onboard graphics. I'm like screaming WTF and pulling my hair out here. I dumped so much $$$$$$ on this thing
Ok I got her up and running again, no unusual beep codes or anything. I just moved the RAM back into the original position I had it and moved my GPU to another PCIe slot and it seemed to fix the problem. It seems I might have something wrong with a PCIe slot, which I dont like AT ALL! Anyway I OC her up to 4.4ghz and ran a stress test with very good temp results I'd post a pic of the stress test but it won't let me paste the pic here lol, but my temps stayed in the 60s.
I'm wondering if maybe I didn't have it seated properly when I transferred everything to new case, maybe shorted that slot out idk. Plus I didn't have a mobo speaker hooked up in the other case, so I wouldn;t even know if I was even getting beep codes or not.
And now I woke up this morning and got the same beep codes again with no monitor signal and I left PC running last night. Had to reboot twice to get running and at boot up I was getting 1 short beep. Now this build is less than a month old and I dumped alot of money into it..
If anyone can give me a heads up and point me to the right direction it would be much appreciated... Heres some of the other threads I posted, just so you can get a better feel of the whole story..

It seems like you have gone through the proper progressions\troubleshooting.

Have you checked for BIOS updates?
Have you reset your CPU to stock speeds to see if that could be an issue? Perhaps 4.47 is just a little much.

Sorry, I dont have anything particularly useful for you.
