Is this a good build for gaming ?

Gtx 750 ti ftw
Windows 8.1 64bit
Amd fx 6300 @ 3.5GHz
8gb ram ( 2x 4 )
Asus m5a97 motherboard
1tb caviair blue wd hard drive
Will I be able to run games like shadow of mordor, gta 5, ac unity and games like that well?

At 1080p probably at medium settings with low anti aliasing.

I think you should be able to. If you include Power-Supply Wattage and get 16gb RAM, I think you should be good.

No DO NOT get 16gb RAM, it will not add ANY performance. Get 8gb.

Get an XFX, Antec, Seasonic PSU. The Corsair CX units are junk.

16Gb is a very silly suggestion for a gaming build, you won't even touch the sides of 8Gb!

It's quite demanding so the more anti-aliasing you enable, the harder your PC (mostly GPU) has to work.
