asus and kingston compatibility

I have a kingston hyperX 8GB DDR3 and a Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0, do these work together or do I need to get another memory card? the instruction manual doesn't mention this card and I was wondering if these can work together.

They will work together. Asus can't possibly list every memory module especially when new ones keep coming out long after the board has been discontinued.
