computer doesnt even boot with graphics card

My computer doesnt even boot when a graphics card is installed.
And after removing graphics card it displays a massage about overclocking fail.
My specs:
LGA775 pentium d 3.4ghz dual core.
Msi MS-7507.
1Gb ddr2 x2.
Nvidea 8600gt 256mb pci express graphics card.
80Gb 7200rpm sata hdd.

On your motherboard you will find a small circular battery. Remove it for about a minute, while it is off. And then try booting again with the graphics card in.

Did that but still the same pc turns on, no display, no power from usb ports.

The card could be dead and causing problems. I assume the 8600gt is the new card that you bought?

Did your computer already have a graphics card installed prior to this?

My card is fine and i tried a hd5450 too.
