Hi there,

My psu came without a kettle lead (which I thought was odd) it states it needs to be 7 amp however these seem very hard to come by and 10 amp seems to be standard, would it be a bad idea to run a 10 amp kettle lead through this psu? It's a coolermaster 500w

Thanks

I would happily use a lead with 10A fuse, if you find a 7A fuse then you could switch but does not seem worth it.

Are you UK based, I believe it illegal to sell mains power electronics in the UK without a UK cable and plug
