I reset my laptop to factory setting, and now I am only getting 1-bar connection. It flickers to 1 and 5 bars every minute or so. It disconnects completely most of the time. Nothing is wrong with my router I've reset it many times and my other wireless devices work fine. This is the first time I have to sit really close to the router to sustain a 5-4 bar connection but I have never had to do this before and I plan not to. is there anything I can change in the settings to fix this?

oh i see ,, sorry i miss'understood your question.. the driver is the same , go to the webpage i mentioned above and download the drivers,, all thats happened is when you reset your lappy its reverted back to old drivers that came pre'installed all you need to do is download all the latest ones from the manufactures website ,, hope this helps
