best ddr3 ram (8Gb) for the money fro under 100$

Hello guys , the title says it all . Im building a new pc and I would like to know what is the best set of ram for the money at around 100$ . This is going to be a pc built for gaming , if that helps at all .

The cheapest 1600mhz cl8, 1866 mhz cl9, 2133 mhz cl9 or 2400 mhz cl10 kit you can find. The latter the better. Preferably from a known brand.

Please read this guide, because higher memory clock with a higher CAS latency will have same performance as lower clocked RAM with lower CAS latency. Basically it's money going down the drain into the sewer and stinking up the place, but of course if you're well off in life and want to show off to your LAN buddies what kind of RAM you bought over the weekend, be my guest.

Have you read that article yourself? They are using a 2133mhz 11-11-11-30 kit. Plus, the cpu plays a major role as well on how much performance difference you'll see going with faster ram.
A 2133mhz cl9 kit is in fact better than a 1600mhz cl9 kit in any scenario there is. And a 2400mhz cl10 is another step up.
Plus, you can usually get ram up to 2400mhz in about the same price range. For example, when I bought my 2400mhz ram, 2x 8gb did cost me 156€. 16gb of 1866 ram were 162€ and 16gb of 1600 were 148€. And that 1600mhz isn't quite the sweet spot for haswell. You may want to google 'memory scaling on haswell'.
Last but not least, personal attacks (as in showing off at lan parties, seriously...) won't help, especially when everything you said was basically inapplicable to my post.
