I would like to know what would be the best set up for this software: Sketchup w/ Vray

I have a budget of $1300 and would like to use the best out of Vray for SK.

I know SK has limitations but Vray's new plug in is able to use more out of the cores and ram.

I am not too savy on modern hardware as I stopped reading and staying up to date on this industry for over 4 years due to my new job. recently I have been back to doing renderings and need a new system.

Thank you in advance!
