Motherboard case interface header cables

I'm planning to buy a new motherboard. Do case interface header cables come with it?

No, usually those are shipped with the case

You mean the case front panel stuff? (on/off, reset, audio, USB etc...).

The switches(reset. power-on) and LED's are usually hardwired and installed into the case, so they have the wires already setup to connect to the MB. I haven't seen one without them.
