Computer shows signs of life only when on side, but not working.

Hey I have a problem. I built my computer about 3 months ago and it has been running fine without a single problem, cools temps and everything. Now I went to turn the computer on today and it showed no signs of power. I set the computer on its side to take a look inside and I found that the computer shows signs of life when I try to turn it on when it's on its side but not upright. I say "signs of life" because it isn't actually working right. Even when on it's side the only thing that seems to turn on is the psu fan, hdd( I can feel it moving), and the gpu fan. The case and cpu fans aren't turning on and there is no display. I really don't know what to make of this. I have tried making sure everything is plugged in correctly. Any of you guys got a diagnosis?
