So i wanted to share you guys the effect of incompatible ram and also see if i could get any opinion on this.

Yesterday i made a build in the build,
When i turned on the newly assembled build
- No video , no post (Speaker plugged in) Led on, fans on

- So this is a very common symptom for a unplugged CPU connector (did a triple check and did a full mapping of all the essentials cables) everything was ok,
- so i removed all non essential components, Still the same thing!
- Than i tried with cheap ddr3 ram from a HP pc. and it posted!
- after i put back the amd ram. the computer psu started to freak out. Clicked on and off constantly And its not a cheap one (Corshair 750 80Plus gold.)
- Than i reseted the cmos. Went back to no post, no video
- I also tried with only one stick of amd ram, still not working.

I will try to update the bios and to check the ram with another computer see if it works.

So do you guys thinks its dead or i just have to enable xmp, Update bios or its simply not compatible.?
Or its DEA.?

My guess would be the DRAM, if it's the AMD brand name it's made by Vision Tech or Patriot and are made to primarily work w/ AMDs own AMP DRAM setups moreso rather than XMP - should boot to your mobos default but have heard of many having trouble with these sticks
