Not much unfortunately and depending on where you live it might be hard and really expensive to get hold of a CPU to fit that motherboard but here's a list - http://www.cpu-world.com/Sockets/Socket%20775%20(LGA775).html

the list you gave me does not have anything on it and I live in the US philadelphia to be exact.

Yeah, for some reason it didn't make the whole thing a link, you need to copy and paste it. You might be able to pick up a Xeon X3230 or a Xeon X3380 for cheap in the US; they would be the best you could get on that motherboard :)  You didn't say what you have now though so I'm not sure what would be an 'upgrade'.

I'm looking for something alot cheaper than that my current cpu is a Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6320 @1.86GHz 1.87GHz
Maybe around 50 dollars.

Socket type: 775 is long dead and buried, it would be a total waste of cash I'm afraid. Better to replace the MB if possible and get a new CPU although other parts (memory etc.) may need replacing too.

Yeah as i said I don't have the cash for that right now when I do I will upgrade my computer but for now I just need to know what cpu I can put in my mother board that is better than mine and is compatible with my motherboard. Now I know that it has a socket type 755 but the problem is i need to know what 755 chip is compatible with my motherboard. I only need to get abit more cpu power for my system in order to get a few more frames per seconds on a game that I play that is cpu intensive.

I wouldn't like to say to be honest. Looking again, your motherboard is really strange in that there are only a few dual core processors listed on the HP site under processor upgrade information and there aren't any BIOS downloads as far as I can see.

There is 1 BIOS update for your motherboard (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadInde...) which updates the CPU microcode, but if this means it'll be able to run more processors apart from those listed, I don't know :(  You could look for a modded BIOS which might allow you to overclock and maybe even add support for more processors than those listed, but at the risk of bricking your computer, I would honestly recommend that you just save up and get something more modern when you can afford it.
