Just bought some 8GB G-skull DDR-3 2133 PC3-1700 (CL11-11-11-30) but my gigabyte ga-990fxa-ud3 rev 4.0 motherboard is only running it at 1600. Does anyone know how i can get my motherboard to run it at 2133 or 1866 please.

But look at the sticker on your RAM and then go into BIOS and manually input those values and if it does work, it'll boot into Windows, if it doesn't it will fail to POST and reset the RAM settings and then boot up.
