Is this a good choice, im on quite a budget. Keep in mind i will be overclocking the cpu to 4.2 Ghz.
Will i get any bottleneck in games like Dayz/arma? Will I get stutters or problems if i use 4gb ram with it?

Any suggestions?

Gonna get some low fps dips with the pentium. Better off getting a i3. Jump up to a i3, and you'll get a better experience.

G3258 is the best budget starter cpu out there.
The nice thing is that it is upgradeable.
Few games use more than 2-3 cores, and many are single threaded.
Here is what it can do:

No game will use more than 2-3gb by itself.
4gb should be ok if you do not multitask while gaming.

Still, I would start with a 2 x 4gb kit.

They would be a fine budget combo with the Pentium OC'd.
