Okay peeps. I am having an issue with my freshly built computer. It does not have an os yet, but I cannot even get into the BIOS. It powers on and all the fans start running and all that, but no video is coming out the mobo or the Video card. I've tried 2 different monitors and 2 different tvs with almost every port. Kinda freaking out here.

Does your cpu have onboard graphics. If so, remove the dedicated graphics, connect to mb and give it another go.

Nevermind, I see that it does not. You only option is the graphics card itself. Does it have power requirements?

I see, only the OC edition needs it. Have you tried re-seating it. Sorry I have no other suggestions except that it could be bad. Do you have any other power supply to try?

Can you test the card in a different computer?

Have you tried reseting cmos/bios?? Use motherboard manual and follow instructions to reset.

No, the fan on the card runs fine so I have no doubt that the card is getting some power. Ill try with a different psu and i bought this card new.

Unfortunately in our world new doesn't always mean works. Re-seat your ram as well.

Should be a good PSU.

Try removing and reseating the card, just because it gets power to the pins that turns on the fans does not mean all the pins are in good.
