I have a Quadro 2000d and I'm on a intel xeon CPU e5-2450.

We ordered the card directly from dell, and they said it was compatible with our purchase.

The fan spins, it's recognized in the device manager, I've updated the drivers via CD, but there is no video output. When I attempt to open the nVidia control panel, it says "You are not using an nVidia GPU"

I called customer service and got the run around (Company A says call company B and vice-versa)

The device is "working properly" when I look at its properties.

After I install the drivers (have tried a few times) it says reboot the computer, but then it just defaults to the on board-VGA display output.

At a loss here!

Reset CMOS? Any other ideas?

Did you set the bios to use the new dedicated card?

Is this a PCI-E card or an older PCI slot card?
