Are these parts compatible? Do i need to buy anything extra? Cables etc. Will i get a bottleneck?
Is this a good build? Should i change any parts? Will i get any stutter or problems while gaming?

Build looks ok at first glance.

More details:
I don't really know the specs/performance on that cooler
The GPU might be a little held back by the CPU (especially at lower resolution or CPU intensive games), but nothing stops you from looking at a drop in CPU upgrade in the future.
At least get 2x2GB ram kit to have the advantage of dual channel memory rather than 1x4GB stick.
I don't know the overclocking ability on the H81m-e board, some H81 chipsets have been unlocked to allow it (but I don't know which ones or if they all have)

Any H81 mobo will allow this CPU to overclock. Check tom'sHARDWARE review on this cpu.

the cpu will be a bottle neck i would get a quad core cpu or a r9 270. depending if you have more to spend or not

i3 4150 + R9270x is good enough for medium high and if you can get 8GB it will be good.
