Heey everyone,

A while back an USB charge cable got stuck in my chair and I pulled my pc over.
It still worked but after a while I started getting errors. Display driver has stopped working and random reboots. A while later, artefacts were seen all over the screen and this kept getting worse. Eventually it was unusable and I left it alone for a week or 2. My friend thought it was the GPU and replaced it with another one. My screen came back and all seemed to be fine.
Untill I started playing again. I play a private server of WOW, Wrath of the lich king, which is quite old. Yet after a while I still got the display driver has stopped working error. This also occurs if I play wow and have a youtube playlist on (and some other tabs, but nothing really draining).
Figuring it might be conflicting drivers ( I went from ATI Radeon to Nvidia GeForce) I reinstalled windows 7.
Yet I still have issues! Narrowing stuff down, i get random small freezes during browsing or gaming. It has trouble loading stuff, such as tumblr pictures or 9gag scrolling. Wow needs to be played on low settings even though the GPU doesn't seem stressed at all. When I reinstalled W7 and just installed wow again, i started it up, pressed ESC too fast and got a blue screen. When I start up, I get the boot screen (press f2 to enter bios etc) then I get a black screen with a blinking underscore for 10 seconds (sometimes I hear a pop sound, not coming from my speakers, but seems to come from my screen). Then the windows 7 logo starting comes on. Black screen again(again, popping sound). Then the welcome screen. But that goes pretty fast. I has a black screen for around 5/10 seconds as well when I enter from sleep mode.
So far the problems, now the info.
Motherboard ASROCK 880 GMH USB/3
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 (can give, core speed and voltage if needed).
Ram: Kingston DDR3 4 gyg X2 for 8 GB total
GPU: Old one was a ATI Radeon HD 4800. New one is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285.
This is of a HD scan I did. health was fine. Error test came back negative:

And my HW Monitor. Note that my CPU fan makes a load of noise, and it tends to blow fast. Even at low temps ( 42 degrees celcius) When I game it is around 45/50 degrees, but the fan makes noise like an airplane engine. It was thourougly cleaned so that can't be the issue.

Bios is default settings. HD has been set to AHCI mode ( before reinstall it was IDE, but still had issues. CPU fan has been set to Silent mode level 7. I tried 6, but after a while I just started to make more noise.
Please help me track down the problem. I don't have a budget to buy a new pc, and I can't relax, work, or do taxes on my desktop anymore without feeling anxious.

Another note, and bump. I ran furmark, hoping to stress something and see what might be the problem. It ran for around 30 minuten. FPS was around 25/30. But other than that, nothing. Then I turn on google chrome again to message someone on facebook who is helping me. But that loads hella slow again T_T
