I have an older 48" projection tv it has the hd color inputs as well as an s input but no HDMI port. What can I buy to play Blu Ray & still get a good picture? I haven't bought yet,any help ???

Could go with an RCA to HDMI converter like this. Can't comment on the picture quality though, since I've never tried one. Would imagine that it is not going to be very good.

by "color inputs" do you mean composite (red, white, yellow) or component (red, blue, green, red, white)?


The make hdmi to component adapters. Should get you beter quality then an old analog input

FYI any HDMI to Composite cable is a complete gimic and there is reason why they only have 1 star ratings. You need an active adapter, you cant convert 19 wires of digital 1s and 0s to 5 analog waves with just a cable.
