Here you go, if she does not need the tiny itx form factor can probably drop another $20-40 off the build uisng matx size board/case/power supply.

Better off just getting a dual core celeron or pentium over that AMD cpu.

32gb is just enough for windows and a couple programs, need at least 64gb, 120gb prefered

For memory, you wnat to get 2x4gb instead of 1x8gb. DDR memory is ment to run in pairs, will have 10-15% performance increase.

If you use the celeron, the gpu is really not necessary as it wont be any better then the integrated graphics.

What is the purpose of this PC, and what is your budget???

If you got a 120GB SSD drive, would you need the 500gb drive?

its mainly for my mom, her computer is very very old and it frustrates her every day so i threw this together withh out really knowing how to work with mini ITX or a few other components, the 500 GB is just for space and the SSD is only going to have windows on it and thats it. if the graphics card is not an upgrade i will probably switch it with a wireless card honestly. and there is only one ram slot on the motherboard, so thats why its a single stick. also i picked AMD because it was the first thing i saw on the list, thats open to change whenever (i know i will have to reevaluate my motherboard)
