How much wattage do i need to oc the fx-6300,in order to minimize the chances of a potential bottlenecking?Also,if can someone recommend a psu for this build( I already have a Corsair VS550W PSU,but i dont think its enought)Thoughts plz!:

Well, this is what I'd go for if you're not going to overclock anything http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9 but if you change your mind and decide to overclock then you'll want something more like this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650snlb9. I'd suggest a quality 600W unit but the price of that 650W is actually lower than a similar quality 600W!

You did say in your original post you were going to overclock so that's why I suggested a more robust PSU. If you don't overclock then the 550W XFX will be fine.
