I'm about to finish my water cooling build and need one last piece of advice. I already have two black ice sr1 480's and 11 sp120 quiet fans I used for a previous build. Question is, would it be worth it to get 5 more sp120's and call it good, or sell those and get all noctua for push-pull? I've heard the sp120's don't make good rad fans because they aren't perfectly square, but I've also heard the temp difference is 1-2 degrees...an amount I can live with. I'm willing to spend the money if the difference would be greater than 1-2 degrees. I haven't used the sr1's yet, this is my first water cooling build. My current sp120's are the only previously used parts.

Push pull provides very little difference, as you stated above. It's not going to be more then 2C cooler, I would not buy the 5 more fans.

The notctua's have more CFM, more static pressure, and less sound. Overall greater fans but I'm not sure you would notice such a big improvement. If I had to take guess it wouldn't be more then 3-4C. If noise matters to you and those few more C's, go ahead and get the noctuna's but if you can live with the higher temperatures and the extra 3.2dBA then stick with the sp120's.
