topic says it all. i have rev. 2106 on there.

problem im running into is 'no update module was found in the file'. i checked my board version in cpu-z, made sure i wasnt grabbing the wrong bios. popped the case open to double check that i had the right mobo version (it says asus m4a88t-m rev 2.00).

have downloaded the 'correct' bios on 3 different computers and all give the same error 'no update module found in file'

and now to make matters worse, im not sure if i have the standard m4a88t-m or the m4a88t-m/usb3 version.

im looking at pictures of both. the standard one says it only has 12x usb2.0 ports, but has a 2 x blue USB ports on the back (usb3 right??). so confused, dont want to flash the wrong bios :\

-edit-

i downloaded the /usb3 version of the bios as well, am still getting the no update module error.

also, yes i have a reason to f*ck with it, as im not sure if my processor (phenom II x4 955 BE) is supported by this bios version or not.

If your existing CPU wasn't supported by the BIOS, it wouldn't even boot.
