Solution
Games like League of Legends and Minecraft aren't moderate, they're low demanding. You could get away with playing them around medium settings with the integrated graphics.

If you needed to add a graphics card, this one would let you max out both games and play minecraft with shaders:

If this is an office PC, do you really need a dedicated graphics card (GPU)? The CPU has integrated graphics that are able to handle most office tasks. With no GPU, a 350W PSU is fine. Depending on how much storage space you need, I would replace the 1TB HDD and 120GB SSD with a 512GB SSD. Also, since it's an office PC, I'm assuming overclocking is off the table, and if two RAM slots are ok, you can use an H81 Motherboard to save a bit more. Added in a DVD drive, because they're cheap and you never know when you may need it.

How about something like this:

Sorry about that, I missed the part about it also being a gaming PC. I would try it w/o the video card and see how it goes. Worst case, you add in a card like the one mentioned by RazerZ.

Edit - Although now that I'm thinking about this, you may want to up the PSU from 350W to 500/550W to be able to handle the 6970.
