If this is an office PC, do you really need a dedicated graphics card (GPU)? The CPU has integrated graphics that are able to handle most office tasks. With no GPU, a 350W PSU is fine. Depending on how much storage space you need, I would replace the 1TB HDD and 120GB SSD with a 512GB SSD. Also, since it's an office PC, I'm assuming overclocking is off the table, and if two RAM slots are ok, you can use an H81 Motherboard to save a bit more. Added in a DVD drive, because they're cheap and you never know when you may need it.

How about something like this:

That came across as a bit rude to me. Your thread title states office/gaming pc, but in your description it only says it's for an office pc.

Sorry about that, I missed the part about it also being a gaming PC. I would try it w/o the video card and see how it goes. Worst case, you add in a card like the one mentioned by RazerZ.

Edit - Although now that I'm thinking about this, you may want to up the PSU from 350W to 500/550W to be able to handle the 6970.
