Are you only using 1 HDD on your whole system?
What I experienced from the past with my old system that only came with 1 HDD for both OS and applications is that when they get old or when used for a long time, they get really noisy (and also slow in booting up, opening files etc.)
It literally makes this type of sounds (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J09pWNQPK7U) On start up, while using apps, while copy pasting stuff etc. sometimes its also louder.
In the other hand on my new system I have a dedicated SSD for the OS, and now using 4 new HDD + my old HDD from my old system, its now approx. 7 years old from seagate, and only used for storage, surprisingly enough it doesn't do those type of noises anymore which it did from my old system and it still run normally as storage and no more sounds coming from the actuator arm.
But if the noises you hear is the same as the noises on that video, its definitely your HDD that's making the noise.

Couple of things, you can try first.
->Download the WD diagnostic tool and see if your drive is bad:
http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?level1=6&la...
->Try to Defrag
(There is a free software from Piriform called Defraggler
->try to maybe also scan for viruses, you can try the freeware "Malwarebytes"

hmm
From what I have noticed, it feels like everytime the single HDD is slowing down or is Slow with it running the OS + Apps + storage, it seems to be much more noisy + the system being slow compared to having an SSD solely for OS then the HDD's for Storage. Checking my brother's system as he only uses 1 HDD for all the OS + Apps + storage, its just like my old system where its slow while opening files, browsers or on start up an having the old noise I experienced from my old rig. But I cannot really determine if you are having the exact sounds I am hearing. They are indeed loud though and can be really annoying as they are noisy the whole time the PC is on. xD

Will do sir,ill probably get a ssd on christmas something like evo 840 cuz "What I experienced from the past with my old system that only came with 1 HDD for both OS and applications is that when they get old or when used for a long time, they get really noisy "You should get some good deals in Christmas
, my current PC apart from the new GPU's was built last December 2013 and mostly had alot of discounts because of the Christmas Holiday
.In advance though, if you get the SSD, you can then use this guide to optimized your SSD so that it will run at its full potential. As well as having the OS installed on your SSD.
This is the guide I have used, there is another guide from Tom's but its exactly the same:

Thanks alot m8 ! Glad to know what is up with my hdd finnaly...i wanted to break the fans cuz of the noise and they are not making any at all its the hdd..If its the same exact noise from the video, its definitely the HDD, I have had those type of sounds too. As for PSU, its hard to fault it! its one of the best PSU's at the moment from EVGA OEM'd by SuperFlower Company
. If I was to upgrade a PSU, it would be from that same Super Nova line from EVGA either the 850G2 or the 1000 G2/P2

'Noise' comes from a moving part acting up.If it is not one of the fans or the PSU, it is the HDD.
Replace.
Going to RMA tmrow so i did final test today..took side panel off.disconnected hdd powered the pc and i couldnt hear a thing..put it back and it was noisy again..definetly the HDD
