I feel like I've tried everything at this point: reinstalled windows and all drivers twice, updated BIOS, did all types of BIOS resets (turning off switching CLRMOS back - this makes it work when it first turns on but when I restart it stops again), disabled/enabled the clock utility (forgot the name), switching my network connect (it wasn't connecting through wifi :S) and finally changing the CR2032 battery.

After I switched the battery the clock was jumping all over the place, then when I synced it in windows, it stopped again. :(  Anytime it works, and then I sync it, it stops.

Geforce 750 ti boost

Any advice would be appreciated, this is a new build, 2 weeks old. I did purchase the replacement plan with the motherboard (thank god), anything else worth a try before I bring it back? :(

Edit: I haven't oc'ed. And I'm using Windows 8.1 64-bit.

Might be a error in the BIOS code. It is probably better and go directly to Asrock forums for them to investigate this.
