Hi Guys,

I just wanted to know if I can run GTA 4 at even the lowest settings with resolution 800x600 because I want performance not quality, I dont play games at high resolution, so here are the specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.4 GHz E6600 4MB L2 Cache
4.00GB DDR2 333mhz Hynix
NVIDIA GeForce 210 1GB ( OverClocked about at the maximum :D  )
80GB HDD
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

More about : run gta

With that GFX card it doesn't matter how low a resolution you play on. That card is about as low as they come. No offense intended of course, just a simple fact.

I'm sure others here will be of more help.

You are correct, it is an extremely weak card. Definitely at the bottom a the chain. The game wouldn't really be playable, graphics wise. but the fact that it's at the lowest settings with the lowest res you MAY be able to play it without the screen looking like triangles, circles and squares

It doesnt matter what you do with that setup, it isnt going to play GTA IV at any playable frames. Spend some money and upgrade.

Lol, I didn't see that you had DDR2 Ram, that makes a difference. I'm guessing now that I put some thought into it that this game really won't run and that old PC. Upgrading will have to be your only option...

You should stick to some older games until you can afford you a new pc, trying to play games like GTA IV will just upset you and make you toss your pc outta the window.

You need to upgrade everything. A video card at your budget isnt going to make a lick of difference unless you get something used.

Alright let's get this out of the way. None of the modern games you've asked about today will play on your system.

Your not going to find ANYTHING that can play those games for that price man.... check this out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gn0xnxe4bZ4

Make a new build around this APU. It is CPU and GPU in one and beats the hell out of your current config. yes you have to buy all new parts for the most part but your not "wasting" money on cheap parts.

One thing to note about GTA 4. It is a HORRID port from console, even the best systems chug when playing it. If you are referring to gta 5, man you need to buy an console... you don't benefit from pc gaming with a setup like that. im just being honest.
