I recently built a computer, and I only got 1 ram stick in my PC. The ram stick that I already have in my PC is a(n) Crucial Ballistix 8GB Sport DDR3-1333.

And I would like to put another ram stick in my computer, because my motherboard has two ram slots. So I was wanting to put this memory stick inside of it.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
or the, Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model 992018.
And I was just wanting to know, if it'll work or not, because if it'll work correctly with my current ram, and motherboard, then I am going to purchase it. But if doesn't work with my PC, then I am not gonna buy it.

Why get a different brand?

It will work. I would get the same thing. It looks better (im OCD so that matters lol)

+ you want to be 100% sure that it will work in dual channel mode. Best way to do that... get the same ram stick. But they have the same timing and capacity so it should work in dual channel.

BUT.... it will work... you will have 16GB ram.

I just wanted to get the other ram stick, simply because it's cheaper. And I was just wanting to know that it will work. Anyways, thanks.

There's no guarantees, mixing DRAM can be and often is problematic, even with the exact same models.
