I love my computer to bits, but when I bought my processor it came in a bundle with a number of things; one of these things was a motherboard. The Gigabyte 78lmt-s2p, it is not a bad board, but it's barebones. I need a power fan control, more sata connections, and another pci express 2.0 x16 or x4. I've owned the computer for about a year now, since then I've added a nice water cooler, and I want me money out of it! 
So I've done some Googling and found 2 board I like under the $100 range that can overclock, here are my options:
