This is my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/4zXnXL

I got all the parts on 9/12/14 but my motherboard had broken pins so I sent it back for RMA. They denied it and I got the board back yesterday and built it because I didnt realize it was the same on. I contacted newegg and asked why they had sent back original and they said because I had broken motherboard and they said they wont replace it. I called Asus today asking about a RMA from them and they said it could cost $120-$150 to repair it when I can just buy a new one.

I need a new motherboard to buy and it is not going to be the same one, from newegg, or from asus. Any suggestions on what to buy?

This was my first build so I am kinda angry.

That ASUS Z97-A is really really good :$ Other good one's around the same price are Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 3, Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H and ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer... ASUS are widely considered the best brand though.

I'm a huge Gigabyte fan so I would go with the Z97X-UD3H personally, but there's not much difference between all of them.
