H60 Liquid CPU cooler in a Corsair 450D Case

I have not purchased any additional fans yet, plan on mounting the H60 radiator to the rear exhaust fan that came with the case. Is this ok, or is it critical/highly recommended that I purchase additional fans for the top/bottom of the case?
Build will be a 4690k that I plan to OC to 4.0 ghz and a single GTX970 with a EVGA G2 750w PSU.

Install the H60 in the top of the case leaving the 140 exhaust in the back you will have 2 x 140's in the front as intake and the rear 140 plus the H60 in the top as exhaust still having some positive pressure.
No more fans are needed.

I have 450D case with h100i and two SP 120mm fans and its awesome!

I first had the fans that came with h100i and they are loud! So i took them off and got SP 120mm now my pc is quiet. So i highly recommended that u buy one or two SP fans and put them on you wont be disappointed trust me. The fans that come with the case and not so good and i recommend that you put the h60 on top not exhaust. For better airflow
