Devices not and controllers not working

i installed a new motherboard and cpu, then reinstalled windows, my internet isn't working and a lot of devices (including graphics card) are not showing up. this is the most frustrating thing ever. please help, thanks!

Windows update usually is able to install all those, but since you have no internet, first you need to install the network card...
I'm gonna assume you don't know the model of your NIC... since you would've probably done an update by now.
Ok, to find out the model of the NIC, I always use this steps:
1. Right click the "Ethernet Controller" & click on properties
2. Navigate to "Details" tab.
3. From "Property" choose "Hardware IDs" and post the things in "Value"

Install them from the mobo cd or site
