Hello, i'm looking to upgrade my PC. As of now I have 90 bucks to spend, so if you find something I can buy to help it get closer to becoming a better PC that'll help a lot.
I'm trying to run 60 in FPS games and trying to run Minecraft at anything aslong as I can record at 120 FPS without dropping below that. If I need to just get another computer I will. Example of why I want to record at 120 FPS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9-YPNKnlnw

Is that a desktop PC or a all in one? One basic upgrade would be change your RAM to 2x4GB 2133MHz or 2400MHz if your motherboard supports XMP memory profiles or directly buy AMD Memory.

Yes, upgrade it if you want, but you don't need a 750W, at least not with the hardware you have. You can stay in the 400W range, just make sure is an 80+ certified one.
