Can i overclock intel i5 4690k on 6 (4+2) phase power motherboard?

I have an asus h87 pro motherboard . I am currently using a pentium g3258 overclocked at
4.5 ghz . Im planning to upgrade my pc with a i5 processor . Can i overclock it on my motherboard ?

Unfortunately, you can't overclock on that motherboard

EDIT: Actually, you apparently can overclock on that motherboard!

Yes you can.
Its not the best motherboard for overclocking, so don't keep high expectations.
