So my power supply is giving off a soft hum
Like, if you held your hand on someone's shoulder and they spoke
But softer
it's only noticeable right near/on the PSU(the front of my case)
Is that bad?

No idea
But since the power supply is where the eletric goes through, shouldn't that make a slight hum?
Since it's not like a large shaking feeling
It's more of a soft hum
Like it's running or something.

If it's a low quality non branded power supply , you should replace it.

I don't think it's low quality
It just seems to hum
Which I'm asking if it will hurt anything inside it.

Judging by those PSUs, mine is not like that
So I'll ask again
A slight hum that is constant, that I can feel only on the front of my case when I place my hand on it.
Is that bad?

I wouldn't run my computer power supply if it had a slight HUM.

Usually not a good sign.
