The Gpu is a Radeon 7950.
So anyway, I have my computer next to my desk, and on my desk I had a glass of water (about half a cup of water in it) and the cat jumped onto my desk and tipped it over which caused most of the water to go over the side of the desk and through the top vent of my computer. The computer was in the log in screen at this point, and when it happened the screen turned blue. I instantly turned it off and took the gpu out and dried it off, and dried everything else that seemed to be wet. Now this is the bit where I may have f***ed up, because I then decided it would be smart to try and turn it on.

So I plugged everything back in and powered it up, it got to about the log in screen before it shut off, then whenever I tried to turn it on again the lights on the fans would flicker then turn off( So the system would turn on for about 1 second then turn off again). I then tried starting it up without the gpu in and it started just fine.

So I left the gpu in the hot water cudboard for the night and tried again the next morning and it wouldn't start when i put the gpu back in.

So if anyone knows if there is anything I an do or if I have to go to a PC repair company or to get a new GPU.

Pleeeease help

Your only option is to let it sit in a cool, dry place for a few days and let it vent out.
The cards can handle so much, if they arent powered for example water usually dosent damage them. However since it was on when it happened, since you dried it (and didnt let it air dry) and then powered it on, the card likely shorted at this point.
