Well I'm building a computer and I'd just like to hear your opinion on it. Is anything too weak or is anything overkill? Can I do anything better?

CPU: i5-4690k
GPU: gtx 970
PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750W
Mobo: MSI z97 gaming 5
Case: Fractal Design r4 Define
SSD: Samsung SSD Pro 850- 256gb
RAM: ADATA 8GB (2x4GB) CL9 1600MHz XPG
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D15
OS: Windows 8.1

Solution
I would say it is a very solid build with well-rounded components that shoud last you a good 3 years. The PSU could be lowered to 600 watts but 750 is always fine for expansion, but if you want EVGA has a very well-priced 600watt PSU.
What's it for? What do you want to do and at what quality?

Given that, every part is good stuff and they work well together. I'd use it, unless you want to give me a GTX980 instead of the 970. :) You have a very stout PSU, do you plan to SLI or is it just to support the overclocking?

+1, it is also very reliable compared to the Corsair CX series.

The thing is that I'm buying the CPU, Mobo in a combo and it gives me a better price on it. Will the board bottleneck my PC in any way or how bad is it? My build is mainly for gaming btw.
