When i have alot of windows open it starts to beep and im pretty sure the beeping comes from the cpu because if the pc is too hot and i play a video it starts to beep when i stop the video it also stops beeping. Should i get a new cooler, or cpu ?

First go into your bios and up the fan speed. If this doesn't work you may want to get a new cooler.

first check if it actually IS overheating using a hardware monitoring software (I personally use HWMonitor). Report to us your temperatures.

CPUs don't beep. That's probably your internal speaker. It'll beep according to http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm

Get your CPU temp from bios/uefi.

Post your build.
