First time build on a low budget

Hi there, I'm currently transferring from a laptop to a desktop and need a little help putting together my first build, which I can hopefully upgrade later. Starcraft and WoW are pretty much the only games I play on my pc so I'd like to have smooth decent graphics for those as a minimum. I'm a little lacking in PC knowledge but I've put together the following list so far from things which seemed to get good reviews (live in uk and buy most stuff on Amazon):

Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC Mate Intel LGA1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard (£61 Amazon)
CPU: Intel Core i3 4130 Dual Core CPU (£85 Amazon)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R7 260X OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (£83 Overclockers)
RAM: HyperX FURY Series 4GB DDR3 1600MHz (2 x £30 Amazon)
PSU: EVGA 500B 500W 80+ BRONZE PC Power Supply (£36 Amazon)
HDD: WD 750 GB 2.5-inch SATA Internal Hard Drive (£36 Amazon)
Case: Sharkoon T9 ATX Midi Tower Case (£50 Amazon)

This totals around £410. It might be optimistic but I'd like to get this down to £300 - £350 if possible. I'm most confused over which motherboard to get as besides the GPU and RAM I don't know what I would do with any remaining slots. I don't plan on even attempting to do any overclocking in the near or distant future.

Interesting, do you think the inbuilt video would be sufficient for gaming until I can afford an individual card though (low-medium settings acceptable), I wouldn't of thought the integrated one would be much use?
